The prices were great and the woman who actually helped me check out when I came in was GREAT, however the woman Holly who I spoke to on the phone was less than helpful and did not follow up with me like I had asked. I asked her to please have her manager call me regarding sending my boyfriend to pick up an order for me. She said under no circumstance could anyone else pick up my order. I even offered to fax her a copy of my driver's license and a note prior to pick up okaying him to come and grab the stuff for me. I also explained that there was no where online that allows you to input a "pick up name" in the event that the person paying is not the person picking the items up. I live an hour away from this store where as my boyfriend lives about 20 minutes away. Needles to say this was a huge inconvenience. The woman who ended up helping me check out was very friendly, and I was glad to have been greeted by her and not Holly. Holly also did NOT have her general manager call me like I asked. If she had the manager call me like I'd asked it might have saved me a 2 hour round trip. Oh well you live and you learn. I would shop here again due to the nice woman who checked me out upon arrival and their great prices. As for Holly I would pass just due to her lack of caring about the customers needs and requests. That was a very poor way of handling the situation.
